Frequently Asked Questions
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. Site Toolbox works entirely offline. All your data is stored locally on your device.
How do I back up my data?
You can export your saved calculations and reports as PDF files using the share function in each tool. Photos saved to your device gallery are backed up through your normal phone backup.
Will I lose my data if I update the app?
No. App updates preserve all your saved data, photos, and settings.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Uninstalling removes all app data from your device. Photos you saved to your gallery will remain. We recommend exporting any important data before uninstalling.
How do I calibrate the level tool?
Place your device on a known level surface, then use the calibration button in the Level Tool settings. This accounts for any sensor offset in your specific device.
Can I use the app on a tablet?
Yes. Site Toolbox works on both phones and tablets running iOS or Android.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it. See our privacy policy for full details.
